Banana-Berry Smoothie

 


 


Place the following ingredients in a blender:

 

1 banana

1/2 of a 16 oz bag of cherry-berry blend frozen fruit

1 individual size container of plain yogurt

 

Add orange juice and blend until smooth and of the desired thickness.

 

Makes 2 glasses.

 

 

Fresh or frozen fruits may be substituted for the cherry-berry blend.

Blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, peaches and mangoes all work well.
