Breakfast Citrus Salad for Two

 


 

 

1 grapefruit

1 orange

1 tangerine or tangelo

ground cinnamon or ginger

flaked coconut

honey

walnuts

Peel and section citrus fruit.

Cut into bite size pieces and place in individual serving bowls.

Sprinkle fruit with a pinch of preferred spice and then coconut.

Drizzle salad lightly with honey and top with walnuts.
