Easy Chicken Parmesan

 


 

 

Dip skinless chicken breasts into a mixture of beaten eggs and milk.

Dredge in Italian bread crumbs to coat thoroughly.

Brown both sides well in olive oil in a heavy skillet, then place in a large baking dish.

Cover with spaghetti sauce and bake at 350 0F.

When almost finished baking, cover chicken with shredded mozzarella and/or parmesan cheese.

Finish baking and serve
